We’ve been making our traditional vanilla fudge since the 1950s, when we set out to create a unique recipe with a delicate balance of flavours, just the right taste and not forgetting that irresistibly smooth-yet-crumbly texture. Over 60 years later, we still make it with real clotted cream and carefully pour, level and then turn it by hand.
